Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe

Yield: Serves 4-5

This Jamaican Jerk Chicken is marinated not at all like different recipes that basically require a jerk rub. This chicken is incredible served without anyone else or cut and served on servings of mixed greens or in wraps.

What You’ll Need

2 pounds/900 g skinless chicken bosoms

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

3 tablespoons/45 mL water

juice of 1 lime

juice of 1 vast lemon

1 tablespoon/15 mL Dijon style mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 blocks chicken bouillon

1 teaspoon/5 mL dried parsley

1 teaspoon/5 mL ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon/2.5 mL dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon/2.5 mL allspice or cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon/2.5 mL dark pepper

dash of cinnamon

How to Make It

Consolidate all fixings with the exception of the chicken and fill a shallow preparing dish or resealable plastic pack. Add chicken and swing to coat.

Cover and place in fridge to marinate in jerk flavoring for 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Preheat flame broil. Expel chicken from jerk marinade and empty marinade into a pot.

Heat to the point of boiling. Place chicken on flame broil cooking roughly 7 to 10 minutes for every side (or until done), treating occasionally with staying cooked jerk marinade.
